Suzy And Kim Seon Ho’s K-Drama Team Under Fire After A Viral Video Exposes Them

“How come production teams are always so out of control like this?”

Delusion, an upcoming Disney+ K-Drama starring Suzy and Kim Seon Ho, is mid-shoot amid high anticipation—given their Start Up chemistry—and well on its way to premiere sometime in 2026. The production team, however, has since been called out for littering a filming location on Jeju Island.

An Instagram video captured trash bags left behind by the Delusion team. The person posting the video accused the team of being irresponsible and asked, “Do you think his fans know?”

After filming their K-Drama, they left their trash all over the forest…
Sigh. They even left the coffee cup holders that the lead actor’s fans sent.

While the video does not name the K-Drama or its stars, the internet was quick to trace the cup holder back to a coffee truck sent for Kim Seon Ho.

The production team is now facing intense criticism online, especially as the video shows cans of butane gas also left behind (hinting at additional legal violations).

  • “Leaving butane gas behind is psycho behavior… What if it explodes and hurts someone or sets the forest on fire? Who’s taking responsibility then?”
  • “Can I report it as illegal dumping?”
  • “Insane.”
  • “F*ck this, man. They use nature for their ‘art’ but can’t even pretend to care about it?”
  • “Do they seriously lack that much common sense…??? This isn’t the first time something like this has caused controversy. Cleaning up properly is just basic sense.”
  • “But once it airs, the K-Drama will get good ratings. Just look at WLGYT… LOL.”
  • “Wow…”
  • “Crazy behavior.”
  • “They should be punished severely. Doesn’t matter how popular K-Dramas are all over the world. This is the ugly truth behind them.”
  • “They need to be hit with a heavy fine.”
  • “This is nuts. How come production teams are always so out of control like this? It’s not the first time.”

As the video continued to fuel backlash, the production team at Showbox told iMBC Entertainment that clean up was not done well because “the shoot ended late.” Showbox apologized for the inconvenience and promised to do better in the future.

Because filming ended late and it was dark, we were unable to thoroughly wrap up the site. Once we became aware of the situation, we apologized and sought understanding from the filming location and related authorities, and immediately cleaned up the trash. Everything has now been cleared. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by not properly tidying up after filming, and we will take greater care and caution in future shoots.
