Ong Seong Wu Apologizes For Making Co-Star Cry
In the latest episode of MBC’s Radio Star, actor and former Wanna One member Ong Seong Wu opened up about an incident from his filming days that has been weighing on him.

While reminiscing about his acting career, Ong confessed that during a shoot in Jeju for his drama More Than Friends, he had a heated argument with actress Shin Ye Eun — one that ended with her in tears. He had cut her off mid-conversation during the argument. This caused her to shed tears.
“When we filming More Than Friends in Jeju, we’re really close to each other. One day, we argue about something then I said “Oh, okay, stop talking” then suddenly yeeun tears drop. I was panicked “Why are you crying?”. Yeeun said “It's okay to get angry and fight…#shinyeeun pic.twitter.com/IfAkcTUi0o

“We filmed for a month in Jeju for More Than Friends. Naturally we got really close so we argued a lot. We were talking about something and we were arguing about who did what. As she was like ‘Oppa, but you did this!’ I cut her off mid-conversation saying ‘Forget about it, let’s stop talking.’ Then she suddenly cried. I was scared. I said sorry and asked why she was crying. She said that it was okay to get mad and fight, but we shouldn’t interrupt each other. I still feel sorry about it.”
The heartfelt moment contrasted with Ong’s otherwise playful personality. The two remain close friends to this day.
