TWICE’s Jihyo Triggers Mixed Reactions With Her Mega-Viral Gym Video

Recently, TWICE‘s Jihyo has sparked various reactions with her latest viral clip.

In a new video, Chaeyoung brought Jihyo to help her in the gym in order to improve her stamina and fitness.

After stretching, the two walk on the Stairmaster for 5 minutes.

They went through various exercises including the shoulder press…

…as well as the hip abductor machine.

However, the exercise that gained the most attention were the hip thrusts.

The clip of Jihyo performing the exercise, as well as Chaeyoung’s shock, went viral on social media with over 14M views currently.

Many of the responses found Jihyo attractive and impressive.

However, many pointed out Jihyo’s flawed form that can result in injury. Particularly, arching your spine and keeping your chin untucked from your chest are considered poor form and should not be replicated.

Additionally, many have criticized that there is no weight on the machine despite Jihyo’s reputation as a “muscle queen” and frequenter of the gym.
