Top Star Reveals Secret To 10kg Weight Loss
Comedienne and entertainer Lee Eun Ji has stunned fans once again with her incredible transformation — and this time, she revealed exactly how she did it.

In a new YouTube video uploaded on September 30 to her channel Eunjirang Lee Eunji, the star shared that running was the key behind her successful 10kg weight loss.
Eunji went on a run with fellow comedian Nam Taeryeong, who is widely known in the entertainment industry for his marathon skills. During their conversation, Eunji recalled that it was hard to start.
“When I first tried running, I barely managed 2 to 3 kilometers and almost died. But I kept going — and it changed everything.”
The comedian revealed that at her heaviest she weighed 65kg, but thanks to consistent running, she now maintains a much slimmer 56kg. She lost 10kg through running, and exercise also naturally curbed her appetite.

Her dramatic change has already caught attention earlier this year, when she appeared on SBS’s Dolsing Fourmen in July with a noticeably slimmer figure. Lee Eun Ji had then explained that she originally started exercising to build stamina for her busy schedule as a radio DJ, but the unexpected benefit was the impressive weight loss.
Fans are now praising her discipline and determination, with many saying she looks healthier and more confident than ever.
