“Oh my god, he’s gonna kill me…”

When asked to share something about Bruno that fans might not know, Rosé admitted that the two had a heated argument right before shooting the music video for their hit song “APT.” together.

Interviewer: “Can you tell us a story about you and Bruno that no one else knows?”

BLACKPINK’s Rosé: “Me and Bruno… Oh my gosh… I don’t know if im allowed to say this but I had the biggest fight with Bruno right before the music video shoot. But we made up on set so it was alright. Oh my god, he’s gonna kill me… Let’s not fight, let’s be friends.”

While her comment seemed harmless, the internet didn’t take it that way.

X was soon filled with harsh criticism directed at Rosé. Many accused her of bringing up Bruno Mars too often in interviews, claiming she’s overly reliant on his name “to stay relevant.”

Others questioned why she continues to center conversations around him, saying it makes her appear dependent on the association rather than her own career achievements.

Though fans initially found their friendship endearing, the constant mentions have now seemingly led to fatigue among some international netizens.
