“Single’s Inferno” Star Reveals The Drastic Measures She Took To Change Her Life

On the October 14, 2025, episode of the SBS variety show Dolsing Fourmen, Yoon Ha Jung appeared as a guest alongside Cho Jung Chi, Jung In, and Hong Jin Young.

During the show, Yoon explained that she changed her name because she was told she would end up divorced if she didn’t.

“My original name was Yoon Jin Joo. I have a strong desire for marriage and having children. But every time I went for a saju reading (Korean fortune-telling), they all said it wouldn’t happen. They told me I was destined to marry multiple times and have children from different marriages.”

When asked if anything changed after the name change, Yoon shared that her entire fortune changed!

“After changing it, I went for another saju reading, and they said I’d get married at 30 and wouldn’t divorce. I’m saying this for the first time because I didn’t want people to think I’m obsessed with shamanism.”

Yoon Ha Jung gained fame on the second season of Single’s Inferno, where she competed with other girls for the affections of her desired man. She grew vastly popular thanks to her easygoing personality.
