Former ADOR Min Hee Jin Officially Sets Up A Brand New Entertainment Agency
Former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin has founded a new entertainment agency called OK — about a year after voluntarily resigning from ADOR. With the court’s first trial verdict on the validity of ADOR’s exclusive contracts with NJZ (formerly known as NewJeans) members expected at the end of this month, many in the industry believe Min established the new company to prepare for the possibility of signing the group if they win their case.
According to the culture and content industry on October 24, Min registered OK Co., Ltd. on October 16.

The company’s business scope includes celebrity management, music and album production and distribution, as well as concert and event planning and production.
This marks Min’s first new professional move since being dismissed from ADOR’s board of directors in November 2024. OK’s office is located near Garosu-gil in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam. Construction of the building is still underway, reportedly in its final phase. Once temporary approval for use is granted, operations are expected to begin there.
It will be difficult for HYBE to claim Min violated a non-compete agreement. HYBE has already terminated its shareholder contract with her and filed a separate lawsuit to confirm the termination. The non-compete clause existed within that disputed shareholder agreement, and no additional restrictions were established after its cancellation.
As a result, the future of OK largely depends on the court’s decision expected October 30. ADOR is currently suing the five NJZ members over their attempt to terminate their exclusive contracts — a case proceeding separately from HYBE’s legal battle with Min. If NJZ wins their court case against HYBE, they could join Min freely at OK. Otherwise, there will be legal complications.
