Popular 3rd Generation Idols Firmly Deny Dating Rumors After Kiss Scene

They previously worked together on a musical.

BTOB’s Lee Changsub has firmly denied the dating rumors involving MAMAMOO’s Solar.

On the October 28 episode of SBS’s Dolsing Fourmen, guests Lee Changsub, Solar, KCM, and Choi Daniel appeared together. When asked how he became close with Solar, Changsub explained that he had asked her her number,

“While waiting backstage at a music show, I heard she was the same age as me, so I asked for her number to have a meal together.”

Previously, a video showing Changsub casually touching Solar’s shoulder sparked dating rumors between the two online. Changsub clarified that he was simply trying to calm her down.

“That was the day Solar performed in a musical for the first time. Since I know what it’s like to debut as a musical actor, I was nervous for her too.”

He firmly drew the line, even going as far as to explain their kiss scene in the musical Mata Hari. The two previously starred in the show together.

“There are no feelings between us. When we were doing Mata Hari, there was a kiss scene, and Solar said kissing me felt gross. When we actually did it, it just felt like two pieces of meat bumping together.”
