The law enforces that Influencers who create content on social media about medicine, law, finance, or education must have relevant academic degrees, licenses, or certifications.

Additionally, when presenting data, they must clarify whether there are related papers or research. They also must disclose if AI-generated content was used in their videos.

When the news hit Korean netizens, everyone hoped it would also become a law in Korea.
