A few days ago, the group’s YouTube channel posted a behind-the-scenes video of the girls performing their latest title track, “We Go Up,” at music shows and securing their first live broadcast win at M Countdown.

Since this was a huge career milestone for the group, the YouTube video included a brief montage of the members performing at music shows during their previous releases, showing how consistently they have been working toward that moment. However, that montage also turned into a source of anxiety for many fans as they felt it omitted Rami completely by either not including her in the clips or blurring out her face.

Given that the throwback clips were from the group’s “Sheesh” and “Drip” eras, when Rami was active and promoting, fans were left concerned by the implications of YG Entertainment not including her in the clips. With Rami’s continued absence from group activities, many saw it as an indication of a possible departure.

On the other hand, some pointed out that Rami was included in a very brief cut, without getting blurred out. They argued that the video focused more on the active members and that there might have been other reasons behind this decision.

However, it seems that the anxiety around Rami possibly leaving the group is the dominating narrative right now.

Meanwhile, Rami has not participated in any of BABYMONSTER’s activities since May 2025 and YG Entertainment has cited health reasons for her absence. It was only recently that one of the members briefly talked about her during a fan event. Read more here:
