JYP Entertainment Responds To Dating Rumors Between Top Girl Group Member And Older Musician

JYP Entertainment has officially responded to the dating rumors involving one of its top girl group members.

On November 6, KST, JYP Entertainment gave a formal statement to OSEN regarding the reports of NiziU member Nina (20) dating Wakai Hiroto (29), the guitarist of the popular Japanese band, Mrs. GREEN APPLE. According to the agency, the two are simply colleagues, with no romantic feelings involved.

They are simply close senior and junior colleagues, and they are not in a romantic relationship.

Wakai Hiroto’s side also released a statement through local media, saying, “While there are some parts that are different from the facts, it is basically the artist’s private life.”

The rumors started after Japanese media outlets such as Weekly Bunshun reported that Nina and Hiroto were “in love” and had a “secret date” until 2 am. However, JYP Entertainment’s firm denial has put all speculations to rest for now.
