Former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin has officially begun her next chapter — and the reveal of her new company OOAK’s office building is making headlines across the industry.
On October 28, OOAK (short for One Of A Kind) quietly unveiled the exterior of its soon-to-open headquarters located in Seoul’s trendy Garosu-gil area. The modern multi-story building, which Min reportedly began preparing shortly after registering the new agency earlier this month, is already drawing attention for its sleek, minimalist design that mirrors her signature creative style.
Although detailed interior photos have yet to be released, industry insiders say the building is either newly constructed or fully remodeled, hinting that Min is preparing a “from-scratch” creative space for her new era. Given her reputation for immersive branding and visual direction, fans are already speculating that the interior will function more like a hybrid creative lab, gallery, and production hub than a typical entertainment office.
OOAK was registered as a full entertainment agency earlier this month, covering artist management, music production, content creation, events, and brand strategy. The choice of Garosu-gil, one of Seoul’s most fashion-forward neighborhoods, also adds to the anticipation. Many believe the location hints at future pop-ups, artist-centered experiential spaces, or brand collaborations.
Though OOAK has not yet announced its first artist lineup or launch project, the agency’s headquarters reveal is being interpreted as the first major step toward Min’s full-scale return.
