Musical actress Hong Ji Min candidly shared the secret to maintaining her 32kg weight loss.

Appearing in front of the camera in a video uploaded to her YouTube channel, Hong Ji Min talked about her recent life and how she keeps up her diet. She cited “slow aging” as a current interest. She said, “Once you pass 50, your skin wrinkles and you get nasolabial folds,” revealing her practical self-care routines like gua sha massage and stimulating her soles and armpits.

When asked by the production team about her secret to maintaining her weight, she laughed and said, “I’m dieting desperately.” She explained, “I think I should be a treadmill model. You have to walk at least 30 minutes for the fat to really start burning.

Hong Ji Min confessed that she originally didn’t like exercising. Stressing mental health as more important than physical health, she said, “I realized that exercise makes the mind healthy.

You have to have good relationships with your spouse and parents and children, and you must love yourself to succeed. When you’re lonely and stressed, you binge eat.
