Major Korean Celebrity Accused Of Bullying, Assault, And Non-Payment By Former Managers

Comedian and TV celebrity Park Na Rae has been hit with a provisional seizure request filed by her former managers. The claimed amount is approximately ₩100 million KRW (about $68,200 USD), and the seizure was placed on real estate owned by Park Na Rae.

On December 3, 2025, Park Na Rae’s former managers submitted a provisional real estate seizure request to the Seoul Western District Court. They also announced plans to file a separate lawsuit seeking around ₩100 million KRW (about $68,200 USD) in damages, citing harm they suffered during their employment.

The former managers accuse Park Na Rae of workplace bullying, assault, proxy medical prescriptions, and non-payment of work-related expenses. It is reported that they have also submitted additional evidence to the court to support their claims.

According to the managers, Park Na Rae subjected them to personal mistreatment. She allegedly made them run errands for snacks, clean up after parties, and attend drinking gatherings against their will, keeping them on standby 24 hours a day. She even assigned them family-related tasks, effectively using them as housekeepers.

One manager claims they were verbally abused for not drinking alcohol, and were even injured by a glass Park allegedly threw in anger. They were also made to handle personal medical tasks such as hospital appointments and proxy prescription pickups. Park Na Rae also reportedly failed to properly reimburse work expenses.

“Even costs incurred while performing company duties were not properly reimbursed. There were cases where she didn’t pay for food ingredients or alcohol purchases.”

Unable to endure what they described as Park Na Rae’s abusive behavior, the managers decided to quit. But when they requested settlement of unpaid expenses from the company, they were met with threats of lawsuits for defamation and fabrication of private documents.

“Park Na Rae refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing. Once we file the damages lawsuit, there is a high possibility she may dispose of or conceal her assets.”

Park is known for her work on various variety shows including I Live Alone. She also runs the YouTube show Narae-sik.
