South Korea’s Top 10 Singers Of 2025, According To Prestigious Gallup Survey
Each year, Gallup Korea polls thousands of Koreans aged 13 and up to find out the country’s most accurate and definitive ranking of music, television, sports, and more. This year, 5,148 people participated in the survey to name the most popular singers and celebrities across the nation.
Here are the rankings for citizens in their 30s and younger, and those over 40.
Among ages 13-39
IU

IU took the top spot in the survey with 20.1% of the total votes.
BLACKPINK

BLACKPINK came to a close second with 18% votes.
aespa

aespa received 14% of the votes.
IVE

IVE’s votes were recorded at 12.2%.
NJZ (NewJeans)

NJZ came very close to IVE, bagging 12% of the votes.
BTS

BTS received 10.9% of the weed.
BIGBANG’s G-Dragon

G-Dragon received 10.7% of the votes.
Rosé of BLACKPINK

Rosé bagged the eighth position with 7.2% of the votes.
Hwang Ga Ram

Around 5.3% of the voters named Hwang as their favorite.

The JYP Entertainment group secured the 10th place.
Age 40 and above
Lim Young Woong

Lim took the lead in the survey for the sixth consecutive time with 29.1% of the votes.
Jang Yoon Jung

Jang secured the second position with 12.3% of the votes.
Lee Chan Won

Lee Chan Won came close with 12% of the votes.
Young Tak

Singer Young Tak received 9.1% of the total votes.
Song Ga In

Song polled at 7.9%.

IU was named their favorite by 7.7% of the voters.
Jin Sung

Jin Sung received 6.9% of the total votes.
Park Seo Jin

Park Seo Jin secured 6.3% of the votes.
Hwang Ga Ram
Hwang Ga Ram polled almost the same as in the survey for ages 13-39, receiving 5.9% of the votes.
Na Hoon Ah

Na Hoon Ah received 5.5% of the votes.
