Park Na Rae Accused Of Forcing Managers To Witness Private Actions With A Man

Things are taking a heavy turn.

Channel A reported on January 2, 2026, that they had obtained the petition filed with the Labor Office by the former managers of entertainer Park Na Rae. It allegedly contained detailed claims describing workplace harassment.

Among them is an allegation that while the managers were driving, Park and a male companion in the back seat forced them to visually and audibly perceive an unwanted situation.

“It has been confirmed that the petition submitted to the Labor Office by Park Na Rae’s former managers includes claims of workplace harassment that had not been previously disclosed. According to the petition, the managers suffered harm inside a vehicle due to certain actions carried out by Park and a male passenger. While riding in the driver’s seat and passenger seat, Park, who was sitting in the back with a man, engaged in [redacted] behavior. Because of the confined nature of a vehicle, it was impossible to avoid the situation or step away, yet Park used her position as their employer to forcibly make them visually and audibly perceive an unwanted situation.”

The managers argue that Park’s actions were not merely a private lapse in judgment, but constituted “workplace harassment” enabled by her superior position.

“While engaging in the act, Park repeatedly kicked the back of the driver’s seat where the manager was sitting, creating a dangerous situation that could have led to a major traffic accident.”

This petition was submitted on December 18 to the Gangnam District Office of the Seoul Regional Employment and Labor Agency. It is reported that the Labor Office plans to summon the managers for questioning later this month.
