4th Gen Idol’s “Pissed Off,” “Creeped Out” Reaction Goes Viral
Fans are rallying behind an idol who didn’t seem too happy about a fan-made song cover.

Recently, NMIXX participated in a music promotion event by Bilibili, a Chinese online video sharing website. During this event, NMIXX performed their song “Blue Valentine”…
…and they were shown an AI cover of a Chinese song that had been made using their voices.

so they ended up singing it with their real voices and it sounded way better! pic.twitter.com/YrRNXxbYOs

On X (Twitter), fans pointed out that the members looked uncomfortable while listening to the AI song, and Lily seemed especially unhappy with it.

When the most expressive member of the group doesn’t move a muscle in her face and ends up crossing her arms, you know she’s angry.

she’s not just uncomfortable, she’s MAD. as she should!!

Fans were quick to empathize with Lily, who has spent years honing her craft, only for “AI slop” to “steal” her voice.
She’s worked hard since she was a child, training her voice to where it is now.
Only creatives will fully understand how irritating AI is stealing people’s hardwork.— Blue 🦋 ⁸ ⁶ ⁵ ⁴ (@itzskznmixxset) January 18, 2026

Moreover, Lily previously shared her opinions about AI, on the idol-fan messaging app Bubble.
Lily recently said this on her Bubble: “Let’s protect the humanity in music.”
Please stop defending the use of AI in music or any art-related field. It’s destroying what makes art meaningful, and she clearly wouldn’t want to see people supporting it. pic.twitter.com/Kc6gByTtRn
