ALLDAY PROJECT’s Annie Addresses Fans Sending Messages To Her Private Email
Annie, a member of the co-ed group ALLDAY PROJECT, revealed that her university email address has been leaked.
On January 24, Annie held a “Study With Me” live broadcast, where she studied alongside fans while working on her assignments.
While focusing on her work with her laptop open, Annie shared that her email had been leaked. Due to how easy it is to find someone’s academic email, fans had been sending her messages through it.
“Everyone, I have something to say. Honestly, I know it’s really easy to find my school ID. But if you send emails to my school email address, it becomes difficult for me to find emails from my professors or important messages sent by the school.”
She continued to warn fans that they should not be sending emails to her. It could prevent her from seeing important emails.
“All the emails sent there are full of kind words, and I appreciate them, but if you have something you want to say to me, please write it on Dayoff (the communication app) or anywhere else where I can read it. If you send things to my school email, it makes it really hard for me to see school-related emails, so I’d appreciate it if you could send them elsewhere.”
She ended off on a humorous and friendly note.
“Knowing my school email means knowing my school schedule too. If you see me at school and greet me, I’ll greet you back. But there may be times when I’m really not in good condition, so please understand in advance. And if you want to see me, just study hard to get into Columbia University.”
She went on to continue friendly communication with fans, even saying she would give her handwritten notes to any fan who ends up enrolling at Columbia University.
Meanwhile, Annie is the granddaughter of the executive chairwoman of Shinsegae Group. She is currently majoring in art history and visual arts at the Ivy League school Columbia University and recently returned to campus after taking a leave of absence. As Annie attends the spring semester through May, the other members plan to minimize the group’s hiatus through a variety of individual activities.
