Picture Of LE SSERAFIM’s Sakura Sweating Goes Viral, Fans Call Out Creepy Editing
A photo of LE SSERAFIM member Sakura from one of the group’s recent concerts has gone viral on X (formerly, Twitter), alarming fans.

The picture in question, posted by a Japanese fan account, showed Sakura mid-performance, with her underarms appearing sweaty. The OP (original poster) even included two close-up photos of her underarms and captioned them, “Does Sakura Miyawaki really sweat this much?”

In less than two days of posting, the photos have gained over 30 million views on X, with fans fiercely calling out the account for making weird remarks about a normal bodily function.
What’s with the weird obsession among some Japanese and Korean fans with zooming in on female idols and nitpicking the most normal human traits? Do they think idols are some kind of fairies made of glitter dust? https://t.co/VqDeFCJ4o9

However, things got even more disturbing when some realized the picture had been altered, possibly using AI, to make it appear as if Sakura was sweating, even though the original photo showed no such signs. It was then that fans realized the post was intentionally fetishizing Sakura to attract a niche audience.
Why the fuck are you posting AI slop of her. These are real pics from that performance. Notice how there are 2 straps on her top. Go fuck yourself you creep https://t.co/i8QZBzdf5G pic.twitter.com/DcEbdhjI2J

This disturbing discovery has sparked even stronger backlash, with fans demanding that such hypersexualizing content should be moderated by social media platforms.
