NCT’s Jisung made a meaningful donation to celebrate his birthday.
According to Samsung Seoul Hospital on the 5th, Jisung donated ₩250 million KRW (about $171,000 USD) on his birthday. The donation will be used to support pancreatic cancer research.
Samsung Seoul Hospital, a global leader in cancer treatment, stated that through Jisung’s generous contribution, they plan to advance research in challenging diseases, including personalized medicine for pancreatic cancer.
Jisung said, “It has been heartbreaking to see patients struggling with hard-to-treat diseases. Though it’s a small help, I hope this donation will aid medical research so that many people can live happy lives free of pain.”
He also added, “Above all, I was able to participate in this sharing because of the love and support from our fans. I want to give back the love I received from the fans by creating a warmer world together.”
