Choi Jun Hee, the daughter of the late actress Choi Jin Sil turned model and social media influencer, has candidly shared her latest plastic surgery journey— from the procedure itself to her recovery process and final results—triggering critical reactions and concerns from netizens.

On February 14, 2026 (KST), Choi Jun Hee uploaded a new video on her YouTube channel, documenting her surgery and recovery in detail. “I briefly mentioned it in my previous video, but today I’m finally going in for surgery,” she said as she headed to the hospital. There, Choi Jun Hee underwent under-eye fat repositioning and eye-corner revision surgery. On the second day after the procedure, she revealed noticeably swollen eyes and shared, “As you can see, I slightly retouched my under-eye area and the eye corners. Since it’s only day two, the swelling is at its peak.”

After returning home, she immediately began icing her face.

My whole face feels swollen. Even my lips look puffier. When I previously had lower outer corner surgery, I felt like eye surgery was extremely painful—but this time it’s not particularly painful. It’s manageable.

At one point, she compared her swollen appearance to when her lupus symptoms were at their worst, saying, “Since it’s day two, I guess the swelling is at its peak. My eyes look like they did when my lupus was at its most painful.”

Nearly a month after surgery, Choi Jun Hee expressed satisfaction with the results. “It’s been almost a month now, and there’s no swelling or bruising. She added that the under-eye fat repositioning had lightened her dark circles and restored volume beneath her eyes, giving her a softer overall look.

Regarding her ongoing procedures, she appeared to suggest that self-assurance plays a role in her decisions. While attending an event in Shanghai, she admitted that being surrounded by glamorous guests made her feel insecure. “There were so many beautiful people at the venue that my self-esteem dropped a bit,” she confessed. In on-screen captions, she added, “I know I should change this mindset, but I felt a little upset—being surrounded by beauties at what feels like my least attractive moment.”
