Female Idol Announces Her Departure From Globally Viral Girl Group
Japanese singer and actress Ai Furihata will be graduating from Love Live! subunit AiScReam.

Love Live! is a multimedia project about teenage girls who become “school idols” and compete against other school idol groups. The voice actresses behind the characters perform concerts as the in-universe groups.

On February 17, it was announced that Furihata, who voices Ruby Kurosawa in the Love Live! subunit, AiScReam, will have her final activities on March 27, 2026. She has voiced the character since 2015.
It was also revealed that the group would introduce a new line-up featuring two new members.
