Online theories gained traction, especially after listeners connected the alias to the track title “mono,” with changes in the production credits, Fans began digging into the listed contributors with online posts pointing out that “icebluerabbit” appears as a new writer, sparking theories about who could be behind the name. This was one of their first tracks without Soyeon’s contribution.
One widely shared theory suggests the alias could be Soyeon using a pseudonym. I don’t think I can sleep because of how goosebumps-inducing this is. I guess Soyeon is really icebluerabbit. There were always malicious comments about i-dle’s music because Soyeon has been writing them. There were some comments that said “mono” was good because Soyeon didn’t contribute to it. It seems like this was all just a big social experiment with thoughtless malicious commenters as the target.
