The video captured the scene at the Tokyo Marathon in Tokyo, Japan. According to the OP, the individual wearing a white cap and sunglasses was Danielle, while the man in a green jacket and sunglasses was actor Lee Si Woo. Danielle is seen holding a South Korean flag in one hand and a white banner in the other, looking toward the camera.

Previously active in the running crew “Unknown” alongside Sean, where she showcased her love for running, Danielle reportedly attended the event to cheer on Sean and other runners.
