“Savage” Idol-Actor Addresses His Dating Rumor, Drags The “Delusional” Netizen Who Started It

A popular idol-turned-actor has directly, and very publicly, addressed a dating rumor. He has also clarified who his rumored girlfriend is.

Thai actor Naret Promphaopun, also known as Pavel Phoom, is a Thai actor, model, and singer best known for his role as Babe in the BL (Boys’ Love) series Babe in Pit Babe: The Series. He made his acting debut in 2019 as Forth in the BL drama 2 Moons 2, and in 2020 he debuted as the leader of the disbanded boy group OXQ.

On X (formerly Twitter), a netizen alleged that Pavel has a secret, “very possessive” girlfriend and that his “end is near.” The post includes several photos of Pavel’s alleged girlfriend.

In the comment section, Pavel called out the OP, telling them that “the word delusional suits” them since they created their “own reality.” “I admire your confidence darling,” he wrote. “Truly, it’s entertaining.” 

In a followup tweet, Pavel clarified who the woman is, writing, “Oh, and if you’re super curious about who she is, [she is] my OWN personal staff that I HIRE monthly to create daily content for my OWN FANS. But YOU DO YOU, you nailed writing scripts. You didn’t just assume you directed, produced, and premiered the whole fantasy. Iconic. Slightly detached from reality, but iconic.”

Fans are loving Pavel’s “savage” response to this so-called “clout chaser” who doesn’t “deserve fame.”
