According to legal sources, the Seoul Western District Court will hold the first hearing on April 21 for Mino and a facility manager, Mr. Lee, who has been indicted for alleged violations of the Military Service Act. The first hearing had originally been scheduled for March 24, but the court approved a request from Mino’s legal team to postpone the date.

Mino is currently accused of failing to properly report to work and neglecting key duties—including handling public complaints—while serving as a public service worker at a facility in Mapo District, Seoul, from March 2023 to December 2024. According to prosecutors, he was absent without permission for 102 out of 430 working days.
