Big Planet Made Addresses Contract Termination Of VIVIZ, Lee Mu Jin, And BE’O

Amid reports that the group VIVIZ, singer Lee Mu Jin, and rapper BE’O have notified their agency of contract termination, the agency has released a statement.

A representative from Big Planet Made Entertainment told Xports News on the 19th, “There is no final decision yet regarding the contract termination with VIVIZ, Lee Mu Jin, and BE’O.”

They added, “We are doing our best to ensure the artists can continue their activities normally.

Earlier, The Fact reported that VIVIZ, Lee Mu Jin, and BE’O sent notices to Big Planet Made Entertainment citing violations of exclusive contracts and a breakdown in trust as reasons for terminating their contracts.

The same report also stated that 9 of the 10 members of THE BOYZ, excluding New, sent certified letters to Big Planet Made Entertainment’s parent company, One Hundred Label, notifying them of contract termination.

In response, One Hundred declared they cannot accept the termination of the contracts. However, the law firm representing the nine members claims the agency failed to properly settle payments and is asserting breach of contract.
