Actress Kim Sa Rang shared that she weighs herself naked every day as part of her strict weight management routine.

Her latest YouTube video, titled “6 Anti-Aging Secrets of Self-Care Queen Kim Sa Rang,” was, in fact, all about her self-care morning routine.
The actress, well known for her glowing skin and flawless “hourglass” figure, explained, “The very first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is ab workouts.”

After completing 100 reps of ab exercises and feeding her pet, Kim Sa Rang named her third routine weighing herself. She added that her scale syncs with her phone, allowing her to track data daily—even records from years ago—which she recommended. But the real shocker was when she revealed that she weighs herself naked to get the most accurate measurement.

If my weight comes out higher than usual, I end up eating less. Sometimes I avoid weighing myself because I’m scared, but when I finally check and see that it’s gone up a lot, I actually end up eating more. So I try to keep that sense of tension.
