Singer Son Dambi is gaining attention after revealing she now weighs less than during her single days following childbirth.

Appearing on SBS variety show But Seriously!, Son Dambi responded to comments about her noticeably slim figure. She confessed that pregnancy was to blame for a lot of it.

 “I’m thinner now than when I was single. I used to have a healthy image, but after having a baby, everything shrank.”

Son was known as the sexy queen of her generation, showing off her perfect abs with every single.

Now, she looks just as slim as before, despite it being almost 20 years since her debut.

When asked about the exact weight loss tips and numbers, she had a simple answer. The method is almost effortless! Most of it was due to being tired from taking care of the baby.

“Back then I weighed 50kg, but now I’m around 46kg. I haven’t eaten late-night snacks even once since having the baby. I have to wake up at 5.30 every morning, so even if I’m hungry, I fall asleep instantly.”

Her comments have sparked interest, especially as studies suggest that avoiding late-night eating can help with weight management. Instead of eating, you should sleep more. Research shows eating late may increase hunger, reduce calorie burn, and promote fat storage.
