A Korean star has gained attention while expressing his love for his wife, as he admitted to have taken the roles of a butler and servant around the house.
On May 20, during the KBS Cool FM show Paul Kim’s Gayo Plaza, Paul Kim showcased his affectionate side.
When a listener asked, “Have you ever cleaned the refrigerator because your wife told you to?” Paul Kim replied, “I don’t think of it as an order. It’s naturally something I should do. As a butler, as a servant of the household, I believe it’s my duty to listen and carry out her requests. Why see it as an order? Sorry, but I don’t think that way,” drawing a clear line with the listener and bringing laughter.
Still, Paul Kim comforted the listener by saying, “But I’ll send you coffee to cheer you up.”
Paul Kim announced his marriage to his non-celebrity girlfriend of nine years in April 2024. On JTBC’s Knowing Bros, he had shared, “I’ve been with my wife for about nine years. We’ve been together for a long time, and she waited patiently,” adding, “My mother-in-law said, ‘Taehyeong, if you don’t get married within three years, I’ll kill you.’ I had a timer set in my heart, but after about three years, I couldn’t keep making her wait, so I got married.“
