5 Members of Girls’ Generation Introduce Themselves as a Group in New Video

Somebody check SONEs pulses after this.

On March 25, Girls’ Generation members Tiffany, Seohyun, Hyoyeon, and Taeyeon attended the premiere for member Sooyoung’s new movie “Memories of a Dead End”.

Tiffany tweeted a picture of the 5 members together with the caption “my queens first [purple heart] queens forever.”

A newly released video from the event has their fans, the SONEs, in all their Girls’ Generation feels. In the clip (below), Taeyeon, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, and Seohyun introduce themselves all together as simply, Girls’ Generation.

This is the first time SONEs have heard this now-legendary introduction since promotions for the group’s 2017 album Holiday Night.

Although three members (Tiffany, Seohyun, and Sooyoung) are not currently under contract with SM Entertainment, a group comeback is always very possible.

The remaining five members in SM Entertainment debuted as Girls’ Generation sub-unit Oh!GG in 2018.

SM reps as well as the members themselves have all stated that, while nothing is being prepared, the possibility of an eight-member Girls’ Generation comeback is not impossible. The girls have also maintained their sister-like bond.

While SONEs faithfully support each members’ solo activities, seeing the members together is both heartwarming and reminds fans of the ever-possible group comeback in the future.
