Netizens have brought up BLACKPINK and their so-called “fashion discrimination”. They have noticed how Jisoo, Lisa, and Rosé are constantly wearing the same outfits while Jennie will get a different outfit for each concert during their solo stages.
From left to right, it’s Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa’s outfits from their concerts in the United States. Jisoo appears to have reused a dress for both Chicago and Neward while Rosé and Lisa wear the same outfit for all three days. Jennie has a new outfit for each concert.
They also dived in further to their outfits during their Asia tour. From left to right, we see Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa’s outfit.
The diagram shows that Jennie has a new outfit for every concert. Jisoo wears the same outfit for their Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Jakarta concerts. She wears the same dress for their Manila and Taipei concerts. Her stage outfit for their Kuala Lumpur and Singapore concerts.
Rosé and Lisa wear the same stage outfit throughout their Asia tour.
If we look closely though, Jennie wears the same stage outfit from their Taipei concert at their Newark concert.

Netizens shared their thoughts on the “fashion discrimination” between the BLACKPINK members.
- “Seriously, why shouldn’t this be controversial? Aren’t the fans mad about this? If my bias was Lisa, Rosém or Jisoo, I’d be so f*cking pissed. If I was a fan of BP, I’d be 100% against this.”
- “But she re-wore the outfits once or twice. If this becomes controversial, her fans will crowd here again and try to hush us down. This is such a bullsh*t, they are pushing Jennie to death and only care about Jennie’s outfits. If she comes out with a style that stands out more, her fans will say “her style stands out more because she’s doing better than the other members”
- “This… Is this for real? I can’t see Jisoo well so I can’t tell but Rose and Lisa wore the same thing in all the 3 concerts but Jennie’s outfit is always different. If I was a fan of BLACKPINK, I would be pissed.”
At the end of the day, whatever the girls wear is not important. What matters is that they have fun with their fans and that their BLINKs enjoy their concerts and being able to see their idols on stage. Outfits are secondary to the actual performance.
