8-Year-Old Girl Group Announces Their Disbandment

After eight years and many lineup changes, an idol girl group has made the decision to disband this month.

APOKALIPPPS is a Japanese idol group that was formed by Nishii Marina, a former member of Nama Hamu to Yaki Udon. The group debuted with four members on August 27, 2017. On November 6, four more members joined the group. One of these member, Adashino Yurari, left APOKALIPPPS less than a month after joining, on November 30, 2017.

Since 2017, APOKALIPPPS’s lineup has continued to evolve. As of January 2026, APOKALIPPPS has nine former members and two current ones: founding member Nishii Marina…

…and Erika-chan Baby, who joined in November 2017.

On August 25, 2025, APOKALIPPPS announced their disbandment date on social media and revealed their final group activities. They kicked off their final chapter, [THE FINAL RIDE], with a live performance on September 16, 2025, and will disband on January 11, after their performance at Koenji HIGH in Tokyo, Japan.
