Female Idol’s Topless Partying Exposed In Videos — Apologizes After Backlash
A recently debuted idol has apologized for her pre-debut behavior.

J-Pop group HIGH SPIRITS originally debuted in 2016 and has gone through various line-up changes as members have graduated. Suzumiya Sakura made her idebut as a member of the group in January 2026, replacing a graduating member.

Recently, the idol was featured on the notorious DEATHDOL Note.
Deathdol is a Japan-based account focused on “exposing” individuals, primarily idols. The account usually posts a photo or video of an idol, adding “proof” of behavior that contradicts the idol’s image, including criminal or “bad” behavior and dating.

In Sazumiya’s case, a video featuring her and another woman at what appears to be a noribang or karaoke room was recently posted on the account. In the video, Sazumiya and the woman are in bras laughing while covering their faces, with what looks to be alcohol surrounding them.

The video went extremely viral, with over 77 million views.
In response, Sazumiya shared an apology directly on to the post, apologizing and explaining that the video was from when she was “young and naive.” She promised to work hard in the future and that she “will not run away from my immature past, but will face it bravely and strive to grow into a better person.”

She has continued her activities with the group, who have had performances over the last few days.
