Popular Actor Turns “Pissed Off” Brazilian Fans Against Him, Apologizes

“He did us dirty…”

An actor is apologizing to his fans, particularly Brazilian fans, amid growing backlash.

“Peterpan” Tadsapon Wiwitawan is a Thai actor who made his acting debut in the 2000s. So far this year, he has starred as the male lead in the historical romance comedy Oops! I’m the Concubine, and he played a supporting role in the friendship-centric series The Running of Love and Money. One of his best-known roles is Thada in the 2025 BL (Boys’ Love) series Reset.

On social media, fans recently called Peterpan out for blocking them, “disregarding” a gift from his Brazilian fanbase, and more.

Many things, the Brazilian fanbase sent a gift to PeterPan, but his team completely disregarded it. He did a live stream saying that the fault lay with both the fans and his team, but making it clear that he supported it his team, and went around blocking some accounts. Two unnecessary statements, his team made mistakes, and he did too.

On March 18, Peterpan posted an apology letter in both English and Thai on X (formerly Twitter). In it, he said he is “deeply sorry” that fans’ “goodwill was met with unfortunate circumstances, misunderstandings, and mistakes.” He promised to learn from this situation and thanked fans for helping him to “learn and grow.”

Dear all my fans, including my Brazilian fans,

I am writing this letter to you because I want to sincerely apologize from the bottom of my heart for what has happened, which arose from honest mistakes and misunderstandings. I understand that it may have hurt many of you deeply, and it has also been painful for me.

I have received the gifts and messages you so thoughtfully sent from afar, and I truly feel the kindness and love behind each one. I am deeply sorry that your goodwill was met with unfortunate circumstances,
misunderstandings, and mistakes. Please know that I have never taken your love and support for granted. In that moment, I did not handle the situation as well as I should have. I was overwhelmed, and while that does not excuse my actions, I hope you can understand that I am human and still learning to respond better in emotional situations.

This incident has been one of the most important lessons in my life. I truly regret how it has unfolded and the pain it may have caused my fans and myself intentionally or unintentionally. I am committed to learning from this to be more patient, more aware, and stronger in handling situations moving forward.

I truly hope you will continue to support me and allow me the chance to show my sincerity and commitment. I appreciate every piece of constructive feedback and every kind word of encouragement. Most of all, I am deeply grateful to all my fans who have stood by me through thick and thin, even when I have made mistakes I regret. Thank you for helping me learn and grow.

Love and respect
Peter Pan
