Scandal or Setup? “Cheating” Actor’s Ex-Girlfriend Reveals A Shocking Plot-Twist

An actress has revealed the truth behind the cheating rumors that have threatened to upend a rising star’s entertainment career.

Xu Kai is a Chinese actor and model whose popularity has been on the rise since 2018. He is best known for his roles in the television series Story of Yanxi Palace, The Legends, Falling Into Your Smile, and Royal Feast. The 30-year-old star has been making headlines since actress Xu Li Sha revealed that she dated him up until 2022. On Weibo, she also claimed that Xu Kai, who is reportedly single, cheated on her and is currently dating someone new.

In a recent livestream, Xu Li Sha addressed the controversy that has now wreaked havoc on Xu Kai’s reputation. She claimed that she wanted to “tease” Xu Kai after he exited a WeChat group, and had playfully warned him that, “If you leave, I’ll see you on Weibo.”  After he left, Xu Li Sha used an account with 200 followers to pull a prank on Xu Kai by posting evidence, such as blurry hotel photos and screenshots, about Xu Kai’s personal life to annoy his fans and provoke his manager, Yu Zheng.

Rather than contacting Xu Li Sha privately, as she had expected, Yu Zheng publicly accused the actress of harassment and threatened legal action, resulting in the “prank” exploding into a career-damaging scandal that Xu Li Sha hadn’t anticipated.

Although Xu Li Sha is standing by her claims, having stated that, “Everything I said was true, not a single lie,” including the shared photos, she says that she never meant to damage Xu Kai’s image.
