“Idol School” Eliminated Contestants – Where Are They Now?

Many of them made successful debuts.

Idol School was a show that aired in 2017, gathering a small group of beautiful girls to ultimately debut a lineup of the most highly voted few. Although the show was revealed to have been manipulated as well, it spawned fromis_9‘s debut including members Jang Gyuri, Noh Jisun, Song Hayoung, Lee Saerom, Lee Chaeyoung, Lee Nagyung, Park Jiwon, Lee Seoyeon, and Baek Jiheon.

1. Jo Serim

Jo Serim is now a member of girl group EVERGLOW. Her stage name is Onda. She was previously eliminated from Idol School at rank 40.

2. Jessica

Jessica Lee Iseul is now active as a YouTuber, Jessica Dew! She mostly posts content linking South Korea and the Philippines, where she used to be a student. Check out one of her videos exposing Idol School below.

3. Seo Herin

Herin, who was famously a trainee at SM Entertainment, is now living her best life as a regular college student. She recently enrolled in a school in London and now juggles YouTube and academics.

4. Park Sun

Park Sun was one of the youngest contestants on the show. She now is a trainee at Starship Entertainment. Rumors have it that she may debut as part of their new girl group with IZ*ONE‘s Ahn Yujin and Jang Wonyoung. She appeared in YDPP‘s music video as well.

5. Kim Myungji

Myungji went on to become an actress rather than an idol! So far she has appeared in various web dramas as well as the OCN drama, Class Of Lies.

6. Jo Yuri

Yuri later went on to appear in Produce 48 and eventually won a spot in the debut lineup. She made her debut with IZ*ONE soon after.
