The Test of English for International Communications, more commonly known as TOEIC, is one of the most popular English language tests in South Korea.
Yet, some idols have proved that there isn’t anything they can’t do. On a recent online forum, netizens discussed some of the idols with test scores that they thought would mean they would succeed even without being an idol. Here are six idols who aced their TOEIC and could easily find success without being a celebrity!
6. Siwan (ZE:A)
ZE:A member Siwan has shown that he can sing, dance, and act. He is also extremely intelligent, earning a score of 820 on his exam. With his charm, charisma, and knowledge, it seems as if Siwan could easily travel the world pursuing whatever career he would like.
5. Hani (EXID)
EXID’s Hani seems to be able to do anything from singing, dancing and acting. It also seems like she is extremely smart, scoring an impressive 900 on her test. Yet, as well as being proficient in English, Hani can also speak in Chinese, proving that she is a multilingual queen!
4. RM (BTS)
RM seemed to make such an impact on netizens that he appeared twice on the list. The first time was speaking about his test results as a middle school student, which was extremely impressive as he scored 850. Yet, RM retook the test last year and stunned fans when he scored a huge 915. BTS’s leader has always been known for his intelligence and, with these results, it’s hard to disagree.
3. Inseong (SF9)
It is no secret that SF9’s eldest member is very skilled in English after studying in the UK for a year. Yet, even first-hand experience couldn’t be the only reason for his score of 935. As expected, there doesn’t seem to be anything that Inseong is not good at, but he fits perfectly in SF9, and FANTASY couldn’t imagine the group without him.
2. Young K (DAY6)
It seems as if there DAY6’s Young K can do it all. He can sing, play instruments, rap, dance, and he is also a genius! In his test, Young K got an impressive score of 970, and, considering how good his English is, it isn’t a surprise. In both Korean and English, he is able to communicate perfectly with fans showing maturity and charisma.
1. Taecyeon (2PM)
At the top of the list is 2PM’s Taecyeon, and it seems as if there isn’t anything he can’t do. In his TOEIC, Taecyeon got full marks with a maximum score of 990, and nobody can deny how impressive it is! With these scores, he could’ve traveled the world and done any job, but fans are glad he decided to join 2PM and blesses fans with his acting.
