For some reason, it seems that straight hair tends to be the norm for K-Pop idols, even those that have naturally curly hair. There have been some occasions, though, where stylists have decided to perm an idol’s hair or let their natural curls show, and fans on Reddit have been sharing some of their favorite such instances! Here are 18 idols who have rocked either natural or styled curly hair at some point in their career.

1. Bang Chan (Stray Kids)

Bang Chan has a gorgeous naturally curly hair, and fans have been begging JYP Entertainment to really let it shine for a long time now!

2. G-Dragon (BIGBANG)

G-Dragon is a style icon who has had permed hair on a couple of different occasions, perhaps most notably this amazing wild, curly look.

We don’t think HyunA has naturally curly hair, but it suits her so well that we wish she had it more often!
