SM Entertainment Announces Which Artists Will Go On World Tours In 2023

The company revealed its plan for the first half of 2023.

SM Entertainment‘s two CEOs, Chris Lee and Tak Young Jun, sat down to answer questions and concerns about the company’s new direction. During the Q&A, they shared the artist plan for the first half of 2023, including which artists would be holding world tours and fan meetings.

World Tours

1. Super Junior

Super Junior is continuing their SUPER SHOW 9: ROAD world tour that began in the summer of 2022.

2. Baekhyun (EXO)

Baekhyun will be kicking off his first-ever world tour as a solo artist.

3. Red Velvet

Red Velvet will be making a comeback as a full group and following it up with a world tour.

4. WayV

As WayV completes their WayV FANMEETING TOUR in Asia, they’re planning to tour overseas.

5. aespa

The company’s newest girl group aespa will also be holding their first world tour.

Non-World Tours

1. NCT DREAM

Rather than a full world tour, NCT DREAM has been touring in Asia and will move on to the US and Europe for THE DREAM SHOW2: In A DREAM.

2. Taeyeon (Girls’ Generation)

Taeyeon will be holding a solo tour in Asia.

Fan Meetings

Super Junior-D&E, SHINee, and EXO will complete fan meeting tours in Asia while Taemin will hold a concert. Many of the company’s artists will also hold various events in Japan as well. See SM Entertainment’s full plan below.
