“1 Night 2 Days” Confirmed To Be Returning With A Brand New Season Within This Year
KBS’s signature variety show, 1 Night 2 Days, was canceled indefinitely in March of this year. However, rumors began to buzz about the return of the show that was denied by KBS earlier this month.
The rumors began to buzz again as an industry insider claimed that the production team is preparing their cast and staff for a brand new season.
Bang Geulie PD will be heading up the production, and they’re putting together a team for her.
The new season will air around late Fall or early Winter. One thing’s for certain, it will not go past this year.

And this time, KBS confirmed the news! They revealed that they are preparing to air the 4th season by this year but have not confirmed a specific date or cast member.
After a long discussion, we have decided to plan for 1 Night 2 Days Season 4 to begin airing by the end of this year. The broadcast date and cast has not been confirmed yet.
We will be returning to our roots and create a variety show that all families can enjoy. We will do our very best to prepare well for the program.

1 Night 2 Days had been on air for over 12 years as they first launched in 2007. However, the show was put on an indefinite hiatus after Jung Joon Young’s sex cam scandal.
