Former 2NE1’s Minzy Becomes The Founder Of Her Very Own Entertainment Company
Former 2NE1‘s Minzy has set up her very own entertainment company, MZ Entertainment. The young founder, is only 26 years old internationally but already has 11 years of experience in the industry under her belt. She is seeking to train new stars under MZ Entertainment.
Together with her father, Gong Sun Yong, who is registered as the CEO of the company, the duo will be operating MZ Entertainment. Minzy will take on the role as the overall director-in-charge as she oversees the training system in the company. “MZ” stands for “Millennium” and “Gen Z” as she hopes to discover and raise stars of the new generation.
Minzy previously had opened her own dance academy, Millennium Dance Academy. It is said that she plans on continuing to operate the academy and use its professional training system to help bring up MZ Entertainment.
Minzy left 2NE1 and YG Entertainment in 2016. After legal disagreements with her previous company, The Music Works, she became a free agent. Congratulations to Minzy and her family once again!
