Popular Actor Suddenly Begs To Cancel Broadcast— Triggers Intense Reactions

It was belatedly revealed that actors Kim Seung Woo and Kim Nam Joo had completed filming for JTBC’s Let’s Eat Dinner Together, but it was not broadcast.

On September 3, an entertainment official told media outlet MyDaily, “The Lee Jin Wook and Jung Chae Yeon episode of the show that aired last month had to be considered a failure due to internal circumstances. There were internal issues, and we had no choice but to conclude it was a failure.”

It turns out that during the recording, they rang the doorbell of a house in Gangnam, and the person living there was actor Kim Seung Woo. He then welcomed the cast and crew into his home.

Thanks to him, they could film comfortably and proceeded with a three-hour recording. Unfortunately, it didn’t make it to air.

An entertainment official stated, “Towards the end of the recording, Lee Seung Woo begged the production crew not to air the recording. There were about three hours of footage, but he insisted it not be aired.”

Although the production team pleaded with him, they only got “please don’t air.” Due to time constraints, they had no time to film another house, so the filming was bound to fail.

Ultimately, the hosts and guests had to settle for a second meal at the convenience store.

Another insider revealed, “Kim Seung Woo probably had some unspoken circumstances. We filmed with good intentions, but this is disappointing. This kind of thing happens often during broadcast filming, so please understand.”
