NewJeans, HYBE, And ADOR And All Hit By The Same Massive Lawsuit
On the afternoon of May 9, KST, ADOR, the agency of NewJeans, issued a strong statement in response to the accusations. The agency affirmed that there was no plagiarism involved in the production of “How Sweet.” ADOR mentioned that they had also consulted with BANA, the company responsible for the composition and production of the song.
An official representative of ADOR told Xports News that the agency, along with the NewJeans members, intends to respond to the lawsuit in alignment with BANA’s stance.
This response by ADOR has received a positive reaction from most netizens, who felt that the company was finally taking the right steps to protect the NewJeans members.

- “Well done. Judging by how well they handled this situation, it looks like the members who returned will do just fine with their future activities.”
- “But then what happens to Danielle?”

- “I mean, they reportedly even sued the members—how are they not going to issue a response? They’re still under ADOR’s management; are they just going to nitpick every time the group gains popularity?”
- “Wow, this is a really severe case.”
- “Fine, do at least that.”
