They just want to work together.

On March 6, ADOR released an official statement refuting the claims that they attempted to block NJZ’s entertainment activities.

They explained that they had no choice but to expand the injunction.

While the injunction was to preserve the status of the contract and prevent them from signing advertisement contracts, they continued to release new songs and announce large-scale overseas performances, so we had no choice. This is not to restrict them but to do these activities together with ADOR while keeping the contract.

They also emphasized that they did not pressure concert organizers.

As we have revealed, we have never pressured the concert organizers or expanded the application as a retaliatory measure. We will explain the misunderstandings in court tomorrow and seek the judgment that ADOR is the agency that manages NewJeans.

Previously, NJZ’s parents released a statement regarding ADOR’s application for an injunction.

“We thought the injunction only included issues with advertising activities, but it also included a request to ‘recognize the status of the agency.’ This is an attempt to restrict and completely block NJZ’s activities.

They also expanded the injunction application on February 11 to request a ban on not only advertisements but also all musical activities, including writing, composing, performing, and singing.

This happened after hearing that Bang Si Hyuk pressured the Complex Concert staff, so we presumed it was retaliatory against the attempt to cancel the concert.”

Meanwhile, the hearting date for the injunction against ADOR is scheduled for March 7.
