The discovery was sparked by Tarzzan’s recent social media activity. On January 27, some fans noticed that he had unfollowed Tory Lanez and Chris Brown on Instagram. This move came after he received criticism for following those two artists, given that Lanez is in prison for shooting Megan Thee Stallion and Brown has a history of domestic violence.

Soon after, netizens dug up posts from June 2025, when fans had noticed Tarzzan had unfollowed Lanez on Instagram. This was around the time of ALLDAY PROJECT’s debut, when he had already been caught up in a controversy for cultural appropriation. The fact that he unfollowed the rapper again on January 27 clearly implied that after the initial backlash died down, he went back to following him again on the platform.
