ATEEZ Makes History, Joining LE SSERAFIM And The Rose As 2024 Coachella Performing Artists

ATEEZ is the first K-Pop boy group to perform at Coachella.

On January 16 (local time), Coachella (also known as the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival) announced its lineup for this year’s annual music festival in Indio, California.

K-Pop fans were excited to see K-Pop boy group ATEEZ, K-Pop girl group LE SSERAFIM, and Korean indie band The Rose on the star-studded 2024 Coachella lineup for Friday, April 12 & 19, Saturday, April 13 & 28, and Sunday, April 14 & 21, respectively. So, if you’re a multi-fan, you’ll want to get tickets for the entire weekend!

These K-Pop groups are making their Coachella debut, but ATEEZ specifically is making history as the first K-Pop boy group to perform at Coachella. Previously, BIGBANG was scheduled to be the first K-Pop boy group to perform at Coachella in 2020, along with Epik High. Due to the pandemic, the festival was canceled.

BLACKPINK performed at 2019 Coachella, and they made history as the first K-Pop group to perform at the music festival at 2023 Coachella. Yet, electronica duo EE performed at the 2011 Coachella, the first South Korean music act to do so.

ATEEZ will also soon kick off their 2024 World Tour ‘TOWARDS THE LIGHT: WILL TO POWER,’ scheduled for January 27-28 at Seoul’s Jamsil Indoor Stadium.
