According to reports, luxury villas leased by Baekhyun and singer-actor Lee Seung Gi have been seized and provisionally frozen due to massive tax delinquency and fraud allegations surrounding One Hundred chairman Cha Ga Won. Both celebrities reportedly signed high-value jeonse (lump-sum lease) contracts for units in Lanuvo Phase 1, with Baekhyun’s deposit said to be around ₩16.0 billion KRW (about $11.2 million USD). To secure the lease, Baekhyun allegedly took out a large loan under his own name.
