While groups sometimes surprise fans with their disbandments, there are often clues that hint at an upcoming completion of activities.

Anticipated K-Pop Group Announces Disbandment After Sudden Silence

Recently, a well-loved girl group’s announcement was met with fears of disbandment being in the near future.

In 2020, girl group WOOAH debuted under H Music Entertainment as a six membered group, though member Songyee left just a few months later.

It has been just over a year since WOOAH’s last release, a mini-album titled Unframed, though the members have remained active on the group’s official social media accounts.

On November 11, the group’s X account announced that the members now had their own personal Instagram accounts, linking each of them in the tweet.

While this would normally be an exciting thing, idols sometimes getting their own public accounts, especially those under smaller labels, can be a sign their activities will soon be split. Fans of the group discussed this on the tweet, fearing that disbandment was approaching and that this was a sign.

Hopefully, WOOAH’s activities will continue with an album release in the near future!
