G-Dragon has gained attention for liking a negative post about former BIGBANG member Seungri.
Seungri left the group in 2019 amid an investigation into the Burning Sun scandal. He would later be sentenced to prison for several crimes, including arranging sex trafficking and illicit gambling.
In 2024, group content for ZIP Daesung seemingly reiterated that Seungri and T.O.P (who left in 2023) were no longer part of the group.
BIGBANG Clear Confusion On T.O.P And Seungri’s Status With The Group
Recently, G-Dragon gained attention for liking a post about Seungri. The post was using a meme from Despicable 3 where the minions are going “yay” and “boo” for things being shown. In this scenario, when the three members of BIGBANG, along with T.O.P were shown, the minions cheered, and when Seungri was shown, the minions booed.

When clicking on the post, it was shown that G-Dragon had liked the post. After attention was brought to the post, the OP shared that they didn’t personally tag G-Dragon seemingly showing that the idol must have found it through his tags.
